We specialise in the production of precast concrete and reinforced concrete items such as walls, staircases, balconies and columns. We also offer parts of facades using arched steel moulds or silicone dies, painting services, window installation, brick facades and, upon request, dyed concrete. At the moment, we can make more than 100 m3 of precast reinforced concrete items (not prestressed) per day. We produce precast elements from C30/37 to C50/60 concrete.

Precast concrete and reinforced concrete items
Precast concrete and reinforced concrete elements have many advantages – they require less workload at the construction site, and there is no need to use formwork or wait until the concrete sets. Since the items are delivered to the indicated location in a readymade condition, the assembly of precast concrete elements on site is much like building a structure from very large blocks. Precast concrete and reinforced concrete items have integrated connectors to help to put them together. The precast elements we make are used to build single-family houses, multi-storey buildings and larger public buildings as well as industrial buildings, steel sheds and farming structures.
The terms of each order are determined based on the individual design of the customer. They depend both on the amount of the material to be prepared and its quality. Precast concrete items are high-quality materials, and in some situations (where a structural member is, for instance, exposed to weather conditions or chemical substances), it is necessary to use concrete with higher strength class. There is also an added bonus – as a manufacturer of precast concrete and reinforced concrete items, we offer special transport means to deliver the completed items. 220 shipments leave our factory each month.
