Staircase elements
Precast elements of staircases are dedicated to both single- and multi-family houses and large projects, such as estates and industrial or commercial projects. Our stairs are concreting in such a way, that treads and risers receive a smooth surface from the formwork. This guarantees the high visual quality of the steps, while the bottom of the stair flight is smooth-finished manually or mechanically. The outer layers intended for circulation areas can be finished with tiles without any restrictions. Exterior staircases are made of frost-resistant concrete, which is critical for their durability. We make all kinds of precast staircases in terms of shape and size.

Precast
staircase flights
We make all types of concrete staircases upon request and deliver them to the construction site as a readymade product, significantly facilitating construction work on site. We make our products of high-quality concrete, and the requested design is always implemented according to the guidelines. We make interior and exterior concrete staircases. Staircases made of reinforced concrete or solid concrete are products which are ready to install. Unlike conventional staircases, they do not require timbering on the construction site, and can be installed almost immediately after delivery to the intended location. Although the specifications are similar, there are multiple types of precast staircase flights:
Single-flight concrete staircases are the simplest linear staircases, i.e., staircases leading to the destination in a straight line. The stairs of such staircases are of rectangular shape with a specific height and depth. They are used more often in industrial buildings because of their increased traffic capacity.
Two-flight precast staircases are exactly the same as single-flight staircases except for the fact that the direction of ascent changes at some point (usually by 90 or 180 degrees), with a landing normally placed at the turning point.
Spiral and curved staircases are modern and functional solutions, used primarily in smaller structures because they take up the least amount of space. They are very impressive-looking, but they are not used as often as single- or two-flight staircases.
Straight concrete staircases
They are quick to install and can be configured in many different ways, which is why they are used in a wide range of applications. They are an excellent solution for the construction of houses, industrial projects and public institutions. They can be installed regardless of weather conditions. These universal staircases can be finished with ceramic or porcelain tiles or left in their original form. They are an excellent choice both as interior and exterior staircases. They are used in industrial buildings, real estate development projects and private buildings.
Concrete winder staircases
An excellent solution in situations where the space for the staircase is limited, e.g., in residential buildings. This solution is not only functional, but it is also strong and offers many design options. Winder staircases can be successfully used as both an interior and exterior solution. They can be finished with wood, porcelain or ceramic tiles or used in their original form.
Concrete landings
Landings are placed at turning points and connections of staircase flights. They are a permanent feature of residential and industrial buildings.
